Partner with the Association of Aquatic Professionals to promote trusted products, services, and programs.
AOAP now offers a formal endorsement program for companies whose products, services, or programs align with our mission. This new program was created in response to numerous requests from companies seeking AOAP’s official endorsement.
AOAP Endorsement Process & Program
The Association of Aquatic Professionals accepts requests from companies to have AOAP endorse their products, services, or programs. This is a brand‑new program created in response to many requests from companies for endorsements.
Groups or companies interested in an official AOAP endorsement must submit an application for consideration. Once received, the application is reviewed in depth by our endorsement review committee to ensure the program, product, or service is something we can confidently promote and stand behind.

Partner Commitments to AOAP
Share the AOAP press release announcing the endorsement within 30 days of signing.
Provide a discount on services or products to AOAP members.
Display the AOAP logo and link to the AOAP website on the partner website.
Encourage customers who complete a course or purchase a product to become AOAP members via email.
Provide AOAP with quarterly blog posts and unique annual educational articles.
Provide two educational webinars for AOAP’s LearnUpon platform annually.
How to Apply for Endorsement
The AOAP endorsement process is straightforward and transparent.
Submit an endorsement request and completed application to juliene@aquaticpros.org and info@aquaticpros.org.

Please upload your completed endorsement application and submit the $250 non‑refundable application fee to begin the review. Both the application and fee are required before review can start.
Pay the non‑refundable $250 application fee. An invoice will be sent once your application is received.

If approved, a contract is developed and signed by an AOAP representative and authorized representative.

AOAP’s endorsement review committee conducts an in‑depth review of your program, product, or service.

AOAP contacts you with the status of your submission.
Review Timeline & Criteria
Once the application and non‑refundable $250 application fee are received, the review process will begin. Typically, the review process is completed within 1–4 weeks, depending on the level of review needed.
The Association of Aquatic Professionals reserves the right to deny any endorsement request if it does not align with our mission and goals or for any other reason.
Terms, Conditions & Fees
- AOAP endorsements may be for a term of one year or multiple years.
- The cost of the endorsement is based on the length and scope of the term.
- The $250 application fee is non-refundable and covers the review process.
- Additional endorsement fees are determined based on the agreed package and term.
