With over 20 years of experience in public, private, and nonprofit aquatic management, my leadership style is defined by cultivating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. I excel at building motivated, highly skilled teams by fostering an environment where professional growth, clear communication, and strong interpersonal relationships thrive.
My expertise encompasses strategic facility planning, operational efficiency, budget oversight, and the effective integration of technology to enhance organizational performance. My foundational experience as a trainer—including certifying over 500 lifeguards and mentoring numerous Lifeguard Instructors—enables me to effectively guide teams toward excellence by setting clear standards, providing constructive feedback, and evaluating outcomes to achieve organizational goals.
